@Randy Chapman LA Country was used for a broad description, the specific locations are Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Woodland Hills, Tarzana, Reseda, Hollywood Hills, or Chattsworth.

Many of the smaller banks will not show up on a broad area view, so the closer you are zoomed in the more likely you are to see them.

If you can't see that, or want to try to just paint them all with a broad stroke of being lucky (and some of them were, no doubt) then I can't really help you out by sitting down and showing you examples as you are literally surrounded by them.Many ways to make returns in RE, cash flow being only one of them ... and no I'm not saying anyone should ignore that one, just consider it along with the others, over the entire lifetime of the investment ... this is sound practice in any market IMO.

If you are ever in the city, our office building (full of small business owners) is located at 354 S Broad St in Trenton (Mill Hill section of the city).

Safe and good job, I don't have issues showing anytimeC is inner city, or outskirts, I would still feel safe to show at 9-2pm, maybe, if later I will wait in car til client shows upD is warzone, low income, on the news for crime, I try not to show, if I do, I try to make it in broad daylight, Bring flashlight, bc it's most likely distress with no utilities..
