Technically, if the company takes a loss I'm still owed my initial investment plus interest but as they say, "You can't get blood out of a turnip."  

But it's what I try to follow here in blood sucking Seattle.

They caught him after he cut his foot on some glass and led a blood trail straight into his home of residence!

If the buyer wants the house vacant, and I am getting a good price for the house, it might be wrth paying the tenant to leave without a fuss.Other than that, if a tenant violates the rules to the point where I have to file for eviction and go to court, I am out for blood.

It was in fact in my blood so technically you can say that I was inadvertently taught about investing. 

I PROMISE you this.I firmly believe you need to grind it and hustle and sweat blood in the beginning to  mold your drive, ambition and train your mind for the challenges to come.Never EVER start green looking for a mentor.That's me though..

And since I don't have any blood relatives any more ( single lady over here) I would need to partner up in order to really find something out here.
