I don't have any experience with that company specifically, but assuming it is a 'build to rent' type program, I have yet to hear of anyone who has a completely satisfactory experience purchasing through these.Regarding the area that property is in specifically, it's going to be a very rural area, currently with low rental demand and a bit higher crime rates compared to the surrounding area.

Looking at MKE real estate FB groups for investors, housing, and traveling professionals could help gauge demand as well

Of course, there's no guarantee on what will happen in the next couple of years, but demand continues to outstrip supply.  

If you are not in Huntsville or Madison proper, you may want to wait out things for a minute, as some of the outlying areas are definitely tilting toward supply exceeding demand now.  

A common issue is supply and demand effected by population changes, construction, economic issues, the job market and location.Personally I haven't seen vacancy issues at this time,  but I have gone through cycles of vacancy issues.
