The Managers are able to capture a margin by the following:- lower operational costs than the Owner has (their own staff to do cleaning, lower fees on booking sites like VRBO/Airbnb/etc by having premium subscripts/being a super host)- higher occupancy rates than the Owner typically has- Higher rates/Dynamic pricing (a number of Managers use algorithms that fluctuate the nightly/weekly rates based on supply and demand of the market)Let me know it that helps, I'm happy to elaborate on anything else.- Tanner

From what I understand it has a code that links with your account and then using an algorithm it generates other codes with out being connected to internet.

That being said, there are plenty of things you can do to rank higher on Airbnb algorithm but you will likely have to in invest in a hot tub as well.

Not everything goes as simple as an app or algorithm makes it sound like and if this is your first door or inside your first 10 doors, I recommend being able to check on jobs, co-create your scope of work, and really be able to manage with proximity in mind.
