Build residual income and find a source for transactional income.

Two apts are minor but apparently are the residual effect of the infested one.

My goal is to have a residual income of about $200k a year if not more.

What is the residual value of the building as it stands now?

Seems like the first installation method that requires no adhesive and the claim that "planks are extremely flexible and self-level above the substrate to create a flat surface, even over imperfect subfloors, making for an exceptionally easy installation" could be an issue when the subfloor is not level. 

a backsplash is a great job to learn how to tile for.the tiling is as simple as it can be since you don't have to worry about installing a proper subfloor or backer board.I would advise purchasing the pre-mixed tile adhesive as opposed to mixing your own thinset.

If you're in rentals, once you've acutally got hold of them, they keep providing residual income with only a little bit work, whereas Flipping is for the quick buck.

There will still be residual water in the pipes even if the water is shut off. 

I would use the adhesive picture frame hangers. 

I could easily save about $70,000 in 3 years, but I would like to make enough residual income on the side of my job to not have to stay here the whole 3 years.Any suggestions?
