I recommend that you continue to read as many real estate related books as you can, start attending local meet ups and network with local investors.

This is a slow leak that needs to be attended to but not an emergency.

I am interested in attending their events for networking purposes, just trying to get some info on the group.

My two cents: connect with local investors, attend meetups if you can, and soak up their experiences.

I have 2 daughters that are attending VSU at this time and we’re spending way too much on rent and looking for a fixerupper.
