Jim,I am working on one that started behind the house and took out half of the roof and all the trusses on that half of the house.

The truss system is in good shape and can be saved, the framing lumber and several large laminated beams can also be salvaged if the house was deconstructed. 

What stood out to me was that you are required to have a hardwired land line phone and hard wired smoke doctors.

just some of the few that stood out to me in 2018. read all these from the library and more before I ever got my first property.

With the speed and ease typical with hard money loans, a real estate investor who stood to lose earnest money or worse the property, ran to bridge lenders.For me, the government shutdown really opened up my eyes to the possibilities for private companies to take over areas of the public sector.

Secondly, I generally work with 1 title company that,  frankly through trial and error,  stood out as the best for deals in Columbus.

This means we are now a full week behind schedule and this is impacting my next trades that I have booked, from windows and fireplace all the way up to the first of the mechanical trades.By now we were supposed to be framing the second floor bedroom walls and preparing the site so the trusses could be delivered and craned up on the roof.
