Columbus, Ohio title company recommendations
Hi All,
Have a good deal in my sights, and a verbal agreement from the seller. Looking for recommendations on a title company for handling either a cash or hard money transaction. Seller owes back taxes, so that will have to be included in the closing process.
Thanks,
Dan

Hi Dan. First, let me say congrats on identifying a good deal as that's the biggest challenge for most investor! Secondly, I generally work with 1 title company that, frankly through trial and error, stood out as the best for deals in Columbus. If the deal is outside of Columbus, this company usually partners with a satellite company and makes sure the transaction goes smoothly. PM me for more info and good luck with everything!
