I pulled a toilet in a house currently under rehab the other day and stuck at the mouth of the toilet was a huge plastic toy, too big to get through the bowl and fall into the pipes and just small enough to let water pass through.

LOL like he made the money flipping houses to buy all his toys.. he is making it selling the guru stuff.. to newbies end of that discussion.there simply are not enough deals in most US markets to go around to all the hundreds of thousands of folks that want to get started wholesaling.. the inventory simply is not there.
