It takes 3 years or longer and additional work get a property in Alabama because they can sell a new lien for 3 consecutive years.My state of SC, I can buy a lien and after the 12 month redemption period is up I get a deed in the mail with no additional effort on my part.Tax liens have become increasingly competitive with more and more investors dumping large sums of cash into the auctions.IN SC do they bid down the rate of return like FLA and MS ???
