I constantly mention hiring a housekeeper, as our laundry and dishes never end, not to mention the rest of the house.

We only provide a vacuum and supplies to be refilled (toilet paper, dish soap/pods, coffee pods, paper towels etc).

Korean, Japanese or Thai?

Lots of other trouble spots - washing machines, dish washers, toilet tanks, hot water heaters.

There is another antenna, that belongs to Dish, and is still there on the corner of the roof installed with a clamp.

Anybody had to deal with damage as the result of the installation or removal of the dish?  

Dishes and silverware for a few bucks from Goodwill, you can't tell it isn't brand new......All for pennies on the dollar.

My space rent is $419 per month and my monthly utilities including cable and Internet dish TV etc. is $400 a month average.

You can pay water and electric, and not have it turned on if need beI would prefer they have dish, even though it has a negative side to it.  

We have wooden countertops and have made the mistake of leaving water standing on the counter tops after doing some dishes and it caused pretty severe warping of the boards and separation of the joints.
