Your success was inspiring- hoping to do the same (in my own market). 

So I was thinking it could be cool for those of you who have built up enough monthly income to quit that 9-5 to post your story as inspiration and validation that as long as they keep working towards their goal, that it is possible!

Which doesn't really inspire those of us who work and invest here to want to help.

I work as a property manager and I hope to find here knowledge and inspiration. 

Basically, since gurus started effectively writing books on using real estate to acquire wealth and even more effectively marketing them, a huge portion of the population read and became inspired by them, think early 2000's and Kiyosaki.
