It takes innovation, money, guts, money, tenacity, money, some level of legal knowledge, money and some level of banking laws & practices and oh, did I mention money? 

This innovative approach seems promising, allowing buyers like me to acquire properties without the need for new financing upfront.However, as I navigate this journey, I'm also curious about how the compensation for real estate agents works within the context of a Subto deal.

All of this serves to discourage competition, leaving large portions of our housing stock to be developed by big players like Lennar who frankly aren't innovating.

I bought my STR in Nov 22.I compared rabbu, awning, and airdna.Note that airdna includes cleaning fee revenue, awning does not.Rabbu was laughably low.

While the price may be lower in nov-January where I live, there are also about half to a third as many properties being sold now vs the summer.

We are ready to have our skin in the game….. just wondering how to transform that into an innovative contract. any input is welcome!

At the end of the day, the first iteration of innovation is often clunky and worse than the status quo.

There's a lot of innovation in this space, and it's evolving rapidly in Atlanta.
