What's behind your question about careers open only to people with a finance degree focused on RE?

Send a final notice to vacate and explain the effects an eviction conviction could have on her ability to secure a rental in the future.

To date, I STILL haven't received any final statement from this company.I just received a FINAL NOTICE from the KCMO Health Dept (Healthy Homes) for the yearly fee that was due LAST December (I was still with this company at that time).  

(They make a fine long-term rental as well, of course.)

Do NOT pay him in full until you have completed a final walk thru and are satisfied.  

From a finance perspective, if you could sell it and have a lump sum of money to invest in a higher roi rental or the market it could make sense to sell.

The house has had this violation for 20 years and the current owner has never received a fine or citation. 

But there will be drama and a fine they need to pay :).
