I had a tenant that I evicted for being arrested with meth in a stolen vehicle on my property (and also for not paying his rent but I couldn't evict him for that...thank you Minnesota Covid protection laws!!).

I don't think I will have an issue.the other was a strict foreclsoure in Oregon.. ( how you foreclose on contract for deeds I bought the beneficial interest)... anyway... same thing the place is so full of crap.. the last owner just got arrested for meth and on his court doc he put place of residence transient.. so I am thinking I save that.. and haul all his crap to the dump too LOL..
