I think that you can rocket towards your goals in pretty good time, and you should set your sights not on linear advancement toward your goal of financial freedom, but factor in the possibility of exponential progress.I'm also so glad that you enjoyed the book and that it is helping you formulate your plan!

It's not fool proof, but it's not rocket science either... that being said, I personally would not buy a house that doesn't have delead certificates already (not remediated, but actually de-leaded) and I prefer apartments that are empty.
