Hugh gives a plausible explanation of an attempt to manipulate search engine results - though there would diminished benefit of trying this on an English, North American site from China or North Korea ... someone who can read the posts, could probably help identify their source (some one who sees the source IP addresses could also tell)I would think Cloudfare should be running intrusion/DoS detection on its perimeter and be blocking the IP source networks  - at least temporarily.

Also, up an coming neighborhoods are easily detected through local data tracking services. 

Todays buyers are very educated and will immediately detect laminate flooring, hence, offer far less for such finishes, since it lacks value.Spend the extra money, and have piece of mind to sticking with your asking price!

The Seller really just wanted to get rid of a problem property he did not have time to mess with.Of course there are numerous other hidden problems that cannot be detected from photos.

We have noise detection devices in each unit that notify us of noise over a certain level for 3 minutes or more.Hope this helps!
