Most of the multifamily that exists is in DC proper, typically in Trinidad, Kingman Park, Capitol Hill, Anacostia, Deanwood, Shaw, Columbia Heights.

Wanted to know if someone in Columbia, SC had a cleaning service they've used and could recommend; sold a property for a co-worker and buyer's agent is hinting they'd like it done. 

I own a construction company here in Columbia and we are seeing no signs of slowing down and materials go up and down pretty inconsistently so you might be waiting a while if that is what's holding you back.The LLC seems like a lawyer/accountant question.

After a few weeks of this and analysis paralysis we narrowed our search down to the specific cities of  Buffalo, Des Moises, Fort Wayne, Huntsville, Kansas City, Memphis, Nashville, Austin, Miami, Phoenix, Atlanta, Oklahoma City, Omaha, San Antonio, Tampa, Tulsa, St Louis, Jacksonville, Detroit, Cleveland, Cleveland, Toledo, Rochester, Milwaukee, Columbia, Laredo, Indianapolis, Akron, Youngstown, Brownsville, even Philadelphia.

My market is very "street specific" and I cringe every time I get an appraiser from even outside downtown Columbia, much less hours away.
