Hello to all.I have been working at a property management company for three months with a temp agency but was laid off because the assignment ended.

I lived in Tempe, Mesa & Phoenix AZ for 7 years before moving back to LA County so I know a decent amount of people out in AZ as well.

I am looking primarily in the Phoenix and Tempe areas but have some flexibility there.

Option 1;I am in the Tempe, Arizona, and the entire phoenix area is approaching all out of my price range for a SFH (which is preferable, no HOA, etc).

(For some reason the hot Summer temps in Phoenix is not a factor that affects when most people move).I'm curious about your experience - is there a best month when older citizens prefer to move?
