Laws are going to vary widely from state to state, so even without knowing NC law I am pretty sure it isn't the same, it may still be a good lead list though, the only way to find out is test it for yourself.

The properties themselves and the areas vary widely from city to city and even block to block, so it’s really important to have that experienced agent on your side I’d suggest you also look at MF properties in Tempe and Mesa.
