Their customer service was not helpful.

Since the bills are sent to the service address, I wasn’t aware of the situation until now.I’d like to arrange for a plumber to diagnose the leak, but with the water shut off until the balance is paid, I’m unsure how to proceed.

Customer service has also been very good in my experience although hold times average around 5-10 minutes depending upon the time of day you call.  

There are thousands of time shares for sale on the net and vacations can be had for pennies on the dollar.I think we sold his time share on a web site selling them for about $20.
