I started to think those few properties' marketing strategies: maybe some unique place to list the properties except AirBNB or VRBO, such as targeted snow-birds place when the properties are in Tampa bay and mainly for tourists ?

Heck, even the Colorado ski areas that rely so heavily on tourists are cracking down now on Airbnb on Airbnb.But what I hear from talking to the planning departments in these cities is that even if the laws changed, existing STR licenses would be grandfathered in.

@Keegan SchaubKeegan, Other than times and places around local Ski resorts, the Summer is the main tourist season.Skiing is weather dependent which is variable, so that season is short within the winter.just IMHO.Cheers,Buddy
