Renovating a 3-unit townhouse sounds like a great project.How’s the process going so far? 

I only need her part time so if someone wanted to split her I'm interested in that. 

This would be my first time renting out rooms.

Fast forward two months, and now the property is rented out, so I decided it was time to refinance.

Over time I have amassed a good quantity of houses with no mortgages.

and i know that that there’s risk involved, so ill always be prepared for things not going according to plan. and i think starting small and gaining knowledge and experience over time is key. 

Friends wanted to rent it and so we did and they always paid on time.

I have from time to time spoken with the city administrator, economic developer, & a person at building planning commission.

I also haven’t connected with any impact investors, such as foundations or philanthropic organizations, at this time.
