Interesting, but I’ll have to find out if my ordinary income was reduced by depreciation, and therefore any gains will be taxed as ordinary income and not more favorable capital gains...When is bigger pockets going to form a lobby or pay a lobbyist to advocate a longer window to use 1031 exchanges??

They gave me a BELOC for 25% of deposits, very high limits, business Visa, PELOC   for me, and  credit lines with the BLOC"s and  $150 annual and you get a business mgr in the lobby you can email for anything.  

They are very nice and larger than the average condos and each building comes with a security desk and lobby.  

These units were built with restaurants, grocery and breweries, movie theaters etc in the complex so everything is walkable.

They keep them updated with Oregon's changing laws and also lobby for landlord rights.
