I've been watching "craigslist" in the two big markets nearest me, Austin and San Antonio, and while I don't have any firm records to go by, my "gut feeling" is that there are about 30-40% MORE daily listings of houses on there now than even 4 months ago.It could be my imagination, it could be more agents and fsbo sellers discovering it, and it could be FACT.
