Not all smokers are dirty pigs that are going to lie about smoking outside only, then get into your property and proceed to smoke a carton of cigarettes when they’re taking a bubble bath, using only the tub’s soap dish as an ash tray.

One of my tenants has asked if she can have a satellite dish installed by the cable company and needs a note from me granting permission before she can do it.Do you folks allow dishes on your properties?

One tenant doesn't feel like doing dishes....the others can't force him to, and are not likely to do the dishes themselves because they are not family.

Community items such as trash, dishes, and cleanup should be a group effort.

This would be in order to avoid the build up of ten thousand different cables, dishes, etc over the course of ownership.
