Most major taxing authorities now have access to loan info through subscriptions, but your cash out loan doesn’t meet the criteria and should have no impact on your assessment value. 

My only advice, put you blinders on, don't get caught up in any subscriptions, gimmicks, or shiny things.

It's an annual subscription of $499, but they come out twice a year for home checkups (perform overlooked maintenance & perform a whole home assessment) and you have access to their Home Management concierge so help book everything for you. 

Costs $15/mo or you can do an annual subscription which I did cause you save 20% and I deduct the cost on my taxes.

Since the purchase of shares will be done frequently and in small amounts I think I would need to structure the subscription agreement in a way that would allow it to be either dynamic or updated frequently. 

For a real estate syndication, you will need to provide your self-directed IRA custodian with copies of the legal documents for the syndication (private placement memorandum, operating agreement, and subscription agreement).

Trying to limit any subscriptions to a minimum as I build a steady flow of income. 

I would imagine we'd just need to get the trust officer to sign off on the subscription docs and move the money. 

Or do you have to get a separate subscription and upload?
