Hey Jared I'm visiting Utah asap I heard its absolutely beautiful out there.

. $400k housing and $9k in taxes annual, plus the utility costs there, don't really make Vermont that attractive from a financial point of view (which is too bad because it's a beautiful state).

Add great amenities, beautiful photos, clean and new(er) furnishings. 

We are eagerly expecting our first little one in a few months and really excited to put down roots in this beautiful city.

(The good news is, my offer got accepted and I just purchased my first parcel of vacant land, a really beautiful lot with a view! 

There are some beautiful neighborhoods but in flood zones or streets are completely in AE flood zone even if home is built higher, so when doing your research, be sure to check the flood map.
