That being said, there are a lot of other little beach towns surrounding Asbury (Avon, Ocean Grove, Bradley) that will always be more desirable than inland in Neptune.

It is near Ave L and 37th, about 1.75 miles from the beach.

I recommend these cities not because of the casino but because of the new silver line extension and major development within the Seaport region.
