So it's mostly Silicon Valley techies that graduated a year or two prior buying a 45 minute commute, or investors trying to preserve capital:I want to keep $175k or $250k in my pocket for a 2-4 unit investment property down payment, but if I don't find that property then I want to be able to apply it towards lowering the payment on my primary residence. ^ Pay the 2nd off if you don't find that fourplex you were looking for.

I caulk the entire perimeter of the dishwasher space with silicone and create a silicone dam across the gap between rear of cabinets and the back wall or base.
