If the category you want has sub-categories, then you have to hover over the category until the subs pop up, move to right column and then scroll up/down to see all the subs.Very frustrating/confusing design, but it does work without having to shrink your screen.

And, long-term while other areas of Canada will grow more, even New Brunswick's population is forecast to grow modestly, not shrink from what I've read (Stats Canada report a few months back).

Decatur is still a great place to flip a house considering the demand for that area so long as you come across the right deal (high investor demand is inflating prices and shrinking margins.)

I was originally looking at 3/2 single family homes (and still am looking in that realm) so that I would have better tenants and at least enough "cash flow" to put away as a safety net for repairs while letting a nicer, newer, larger home appreciate and the principle shrink for the real long term income.
