Cities, counties, and/or states may all have their own processes - or restrictions - on having people move out.

@Isaac Molina IIIIf you are still employed through your employer; there may be restrictions not allowing you to withdraw from the 401K.The second thing you should look at is the vested and unvested portion.

With the potential caveat that there would be a higher financial penalty imposed if they need to break the lease early.  

Therefore my HOA is trying to restrict the amount of rentals we have. 

By creating a written lease agreement, you give yourself the ability to create restrictions on the tenant to protect your investment.

Talk to a local title company if you don’t know the implications of a tax deed......the laws, procedures and restrictions are state specific.
