You'll have drywall cracks, so you should factor in drywall repairs and repainting. $$$4.

New floors, added recessed lights, upgraded light switches and outlets, upgrade AC vents, re-paint throughout, planted fruit trees and bushes, replaced structural posts & re-screened one unit's back porch; added custom built closets & pantries.

Most of the repairs were cosmetic, but we replaced all the floors installing lvp, repainted the whole house, and renovated the master bathroom along with a lot of other cosmetic repairs.

Repainted the interior and cleaned up the carpets.

Definitely repainting ALL or most rooms, might do it myself to save costs.

Interior:-Kitchen: Cabinets repainted/new fixtures, Counter tops-Main Bathroom: Full remodel -Half Bath: Convert to a full bath-Interior paint-Flooring Exterior:-Exterior Paint-12 Windows-Landscaping 

If they leave furniture in and the place needs a full repaint and definitely new dustwipes and a cleaning thats probably 3k atleast. 

Only thing I would do differently is repaint the exterior due to the poor color choice!
