To refresh memory.

Have a problem with this every so often and it's nice to get a refresh of basics and foundation.

I've got a move out date of July 17th for current tenant, new tenant signed lease to move in on 21st.What is the quickest turnaround time you've completed to replace carpeting (in my case I'm assuming 1,500 sq ft across 3 floors), refresh painting in house (assuming half of house needs repainted walls) and deep clean a place.

It looks like there doing something with my application I’ve been stuck on application under review for a month I just went to check and for a second it showed application submitted and all my documents disappeared refreshed the browser and it went back to application under review not sure what it means but anything at this time is something lol

The only other solution they had to was pull the listing and start it under a new one to "refresh it" which we did.

I refreshed this morning and it was waiting for score, but now at early afternoon it says pass.
