well if you have had your license suspended for any reason in the last 3 years of buying this insurance its void they wont pay.. so I tell the salesmen Sorry I had my license suspended last year ( we have these stupid red light cameras) and I said the gap is no good for me.. the guy kept on hammering away to get me to buy it..

Should I keep the RED door or paint it?

I have roommates so they could have flushed anything like face wipes or it could have been tree roots.

That's the first red flag.  

But a quick look at realtor.com shows some new construction homes have been on the market for a while... that would signal a red flag for me.

Id question the ethics of someone who uses the accusation of someone being unethical as a red herring. 

I'd buy because 1) I have roots other than real estate laid down here and I'm very unlikely to move, 2) I know inflation's built into the monetary system and makes the principal and interest portion of the payment become smaller and smaller in real dollar terms, and 3) I think Orlando will outpace other markets.
