If your other recurring income, I.e. salary or 1040 reported won’t support the ratios needed, your request will not be approved.You best bet might be a private individual whose willing to take a second mortgage on ur home and the two subject properties for an 8% interest rate

Wish they would modernize the process at least and let it be set up on recurring payment or have it available online or for crying out loud take credit or debit card as payment instead of just cash or check.

The omission of this HOA fee is significant because it is a recurring fee that adds up as long as you own the place.  

.- Inspections: I've heard $500 but know this is dependent on inspector so wonder if there's a typical market price today.Think the above are the main recurring ones (not including township dependents like landlord fee or flood insurance) but please let me know if there are others I should heavily consider.
