So it puzzles me, when I look at say the picture I included above where the boundary sliced through 1/3 of a house, when the house's floor elevation is flat. 

So I fully understand the importance of knowing the right pieces of the puzzle to put together.I reread what I wrote and realize that it may not have been written well.I guess what I meant to say is I'd rather find the primary source that would be happy with reasonable rates and fees, then the secondary lender who wouldn't be happy e anything less then the numbers I had stated above.I hope my original statement didn't offend any brokers as I know they do provide a very legitimate service

I've driven through Pueblo a couple of times lately and I'm puzzled by a BIG construction project going on EAST of town.

I have also browsed through some listsource queries as well.For goals: I would love to complete the rest of the Wholesailing puzzle by learning how to do comps & estimate repair costs and then learning the proper steps to actually complete the transactions with sellers and buyers.

No one source is perfect, but like in finding property values without MLS access you can put together pieces of the puzzle to help you "zero in" on the market rents.I have no affiliation with any of those mentioned above, just my own personal use/experience.

The only puzzle I don't really understand is what the "7" multiplier is about.
