I would prioritize finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation over one that is local.There are 20+ accountants on this message board who specialize in real estate taxation.

I would think as investor's, even though we want those face-to-face, rapport-building meetings with our clients, it is best to prioritize the overall safety of the client and public in general by social distancing.What options do (new) investors (like myself) have to estimate rehab costs?  

People will always prioritize their spenings dependant on incentives.

Plus they'd likely not prioritize you since they would be getting less commish from you compared to other clients.

Would love collaborate with people in that area that understand the markets, and people who have experience leveraging military benefits with investments properties. 

Its so easy for the agent to stop following up or prioritize their own leads.
