There are a few like Bayview or Brewers Hill that have gotten better, but for the most part Milwaukee is behaving pretty linear and therefore relativley predictable.

I typically avoid properties that are not separately metered, because it's very difficult to control your expenses with those.I think trying to predict where property prices will go from here is like guessing if a coin will land on heads or tails.

Never watched ot when it came out in 2011, so it was a total shock to me to see how predictable every phase of what's happened so far is, even in a pandemic with a disease with a far lower death rate than the one the movie examines.
