hi, you guys i am not to wholesaling but i just having a hard time putting deals together. one minute  the wheels will turn and phone calls would start rolling in and then it stop... i use marketing thats free...craigslist..backpage...fsbo...etc...i dont do no postcards,bandit sign, just cold calling..day in  day out!

I can't answer the leads for a 10,000 post card campaign so I'll start out with driving for dollars in one neighborhood a day and looking for bad roofs, tall grass, ugly siding, bad concrete driveways.
