I realized this was happening all of the timeGood judge of character:  Screening applicants but also looking at the unwritten things such as sloppiness or the condition of the applicant’s vehicle.

That said, I would immediately own a property in a fantastic Class A neighborhood, fully remodeled and full of character, period details etc free and clear allowing me to use my cash funds to keep the business going. 

I wanted to maintain much of the character while offering modern fixtures with a contemporary/farmhouse aesthetic.

The pandemic is really showing character and, thankfully, with only one other exception, all my other tenants are paying in full and on time. 

I only partner with people who I know their character well and who are reasonable and fair people.

For me it came down to one thing primarily -- I wanted to be under a managing broker whose values and character align with mine. 

So in the meantime while we’re focusing intensely on our total money makeover, we intend to increase our knowledge base, maturity, character, productivity, networking, communication and just general ability overall.

Assuming they are a crook, you need to gather the other victims and put this character out of business because they will do it again and again.
