Good morning Alabama experts,I wanted your opinion on why the Appraised Value is so much higher than the Value that properties actually sell in Alabama (Calhoun County) ?

They have to replace the line & need someone to be there Saturday morning.

You are right, no one wakes up in the morning and says they cant wait to move to Milwaukee, or Wisconsin, or even Chicago for that matter.

Materials are done via phone order after we pick them out at HD for the week Monday morning or we put together a materials list and bill you8.

Good times....I used to think it was cloudy too until I realized that it was always clear on Sundays - that's when all the factories are shut down.The pool and gym in my complex were closed daily from 11am-1pm so as "to give people two choices - a morning or afternoon session - instead of just one". 

And if you’re short on time like I am, I recommend the Audible version to listen to when you’re doing relatively mindless tasks like getting ready in the mornings, driving, cooking, etc.
