Now a seller's agent spend lots of money and time working their spheres of influence, doing business by referral, sending out marketing materials to possible sellers, organizing events to find sellers, cold calling, and many other things to find homes to list.

It will just be material and time for our foreman who can get all the work done.

I need: contractors, plumbers, electricians, etcAlso: affordable shops for materials!

Looking for a licensed contractor who does quality work and is flip budget friendly, creative with sourcing materials, etc.  

Does anybody have any suggestions for quality contractors or places to find materials in the Indianapolis/Bloomington area?

For the past 9 months I have been listening to and reading BiggerPockets material to learn how to generate wealth using real estate.

Do I need to include any info about my RE license in direct mail marketing materials? 

Two thoughts:  1)  ask for the bid for labor if you buy the materials.  2) competition is always a strong motivator.

To cover my very small 36 SQFT of counter space I'm looking at $200~ in material to install myself.Does anybody have any experience with this stuff?

Each dwelling has variables to consider such as light exposure, reflection/absorption, finishes & materials in addition to the style that best compliments the architecture.
