Brokers/agents do not need every investor in the world just like every investor does not need to own every single property out there for success.With a laser focus and vision you put in action on a daily basis you can have massive success not being everything to everybody.

@John Thedford if choose to go into wholesaling and you have a license but it is currently in "voluntary inactive status" because you have not hung your licence with a broker yet..., Are you considered to be operating as an unlicensed person?

But by letting the tenet go 45 days without paying and you not filing, couldn’t that seem that your inaction on eviction was also showing your irreverence of the lease?

The amount of apathy and inactivity by residents is super high.

On the other side, I wonder if any surgeons have had to consider adjusting their amount of clinical practice due to their involvement in active deals.
