We're pretty new -- this is our fourth week.

I recommend all limited partners in a syndication do full due diligence on the property, sponsor, and the market before investing and then once invested, carefully review your quarterly or monthly reports to make sure everything is on track. 

Fourth, education and safety has always been incredibly strong in Minnesota.

@Theresa HarrisThere are suppose to be quarterly meeting but ends up being once a year.

My rentals are 2 hours away so I make a weekend trip once a quarter to go knock out a bunch of ticky tacky stuff. 

I also paid an interest rate a quarter of a point higher then I should have.

@Mike Lee this is our third and fourth acquisition in the area, with our fifth closing next week.

Next week I have about 15 hours of work for that business and then I'm done for good.My third closing happened 4 months later in April and I'm in escrow for my fourth to close in June.  

Have been getting it treated quarterly.

I like it - returns have been "almost" as expected and quarterly deposits are made promptly.
