That's where I would focus, not on BK or short-sale, those are X-Y-Z level plans and I'd focus on D-E-F first BUT.....

You should know the area on a house by house level ideally, and you won’t get that kind of market knowledge by visiting a few times.

This will depend largely on your level of experience and comfort level with the possibility of expenses for the things like the termites and the sewer pipe.

This was one of the few times I noticed there was an upper level, but they didn't include the area in the MLS system.

Once you make a certain level of money time becomes way more valuable.
