I’m looking for properties that I can BRRRR where I can get all of my Seed money back or at least the biggest bulk of it. 

They poop, can be smelly, lose feathers, pop bird seed out of the cage, and chew things.Birds can be noisy.

Now, I’ve got a decent amount in oil stocks.Dry powder in money markets, yes, but also a lot deployed in a variety of things such as in my own debt fund, some oil/gas private placements as well as some series seed stock and a variety of public company stocks.

There customer service was terrible and they refused to refund the majority of our security deposit because we “didn’t take care of the lawn or have the house professionally cleaned” which is a joke because we fertilized and seeded that lawn twice a year for three years filling in the bald spots and got rid of the noxious weeds.
