If you don't find yourself running numbers while you fall asleep at night, endlessly plugging figures into the BP calculator, and building your circle of influence around the RE industry then this might not be the correct direction for your future. 

The possibilities are literally endless, but I would go out of my way to make sure the agreement is fair and equitable to both you and your partner ... agreements where one party has disproportionate benefits don't typically end well.

Ya gifts from family members is not really an option at all haha I'm literally the only person who's finished college in my family so I'm kind of the front runner for any kind of financial success here. 

What culminated this decision for me was a mind-blowing, life-altering workshop I attended last month on legal tax strategies, becoming a small business owner, and the endless possibilities and opportunities of real estate.

As a new Realtor, the amount of strategies you can adopt seem endless and the amount of information thrown at you can be overwhelming.

I'm considering starting my own PM firm because I endlessly hear about how horrible most of these firms are and I truly believe I can do a much better job than many of them, but first I have to learn the ropes and test it out to see if I actually enjoy it as much as I think I will.3.

"Oh, that looks awesome, IF YOU CAN SPEND ENDLESS AMOUNTS OF MONEY"  LOL  I've enjoyed the episodes I've seen, but the idea that cheese plates should greet every guest is insane on a number of levels.  

As for the walking around, I assume it is non carpeted floors so suggest tenant toss down some carpet runners etc to help dampen sound, get softer soled slippers, etc.
