Is anyone investing in REITs that operate in the digital infrastructure space (cell phone towers, fiber optic networks, server farms, etc).

It just seems like putting "all my eggs in one basket" and waiting a year to earn cash flow will delay my investment opportunities and journey.

I’ve talked to this guy before, I have his cell, and I know from him that he inherited the house from his father (he told me).

I don't think I'd want all my eggs in the Galveston basket though.

We have great cell coverage and also free internet/wifi for calling already. 2) Owner/operator must reside within 75 miles of rental.

I've been using White Pages Premium for a bit to contact owners of homes but lately it seems like all the cell #'s are bad.

Ironically, this town removed their last remaining pay phone a decade ago...The landline must be provided for 911, especially for guests that stay out of the country as their cell phones may not work on our networks.  

Long amortization periods on fixed loan products combined with compound interest on investments is probably your best bet at maintaining an inflation resistant nest egg.
