Being involved in real estate has always been a dream of mine.

I’m catching up on BP podcast right now so usually listen to 1-2 a day during the week either in the car or again, while working in excel during repetitive stuff (I have to pause them when my brain actually has to think about the work)...dreaming about building cash to a down payment on our next rental property.

I discovered wholesaling last month and its all I can dream about.

I had achieved the American Dream, but was unfulfilled. 

I see properties that are easily obtainable...and then I wake up from my dream.

For years I have dreamed about real estate investing but now I think it is time for me to seriously start investing.

One can only dream!)

If marriage breaks down, we have a murder-suicide pact.My advice is to give up your dreams of an equitable separation of profit between the two of you.

Hello Marcy, I am just joined now as a newbie Deaf BiggerPockets member to learn more about landlord & rental properties and house flipping business in order to find the potential contractor and investor to help me on my dream business of a pocket neighborhood for the deaf become reality.

Easier to sell the dream of the past for big buck programs and have an army of  ants marching nationally in hopes they occasionally find a real deal to partner on in a hot cycle market.I am not talking of this specific company but in generalities.
